Where the analyser is right now
The skin analyser is at our Bedhampton clinic, near Havant, until the Winchester clinic opens on 8 December. It then moves to 9A Jewry Street, Winchester.
If you would like to be seen before 8 December, your appointment will be in Bedhampton. If you would rather wait for Winchester, say so when we contact you and we will hold your free analysis for the new clinic.
The analysis is the same at either clinic: the same equipment and the same nurse prescriber.
What it shows
Five things the mirror cannot tell you
- Ageing. Where lines and laxity are forming, and how your skin compares with what would be expected for your age
- Pigmentation. Sun damage sitting below the surface, often years before it shows
- Sensitivity. Redness and vascular patterns that drive reactive, uncomfortable skin
- Texture. Pores, congestion and surface quality across the whole face
- Hydration. Whether dullness comes from dryness or from something else
The analysis is a consultation aid, not a medical diagnosis. If something is better seen by a doctor, we will say so and point you to the right care.
How it works
About half an hour, start to finish
- The imaging. You rest your chin on the analyser for a few moments, much like an optician's test. It is comfortable and non-invasive.
- Reading it together. Your images come up on screen and a registered nurse prescriber talks you through what each layer shows, in plain English, including the things that need nothing done to them.
- Your plan. You leave with a written plan and a measured baseline to compare any later progress against. There is no obligation to treat, and nothing is sold on the day.

Yes. The AI Skin Analysis normally costs £50 and is currently complimentary. There is no obligation to book a treatment afterwards and nothing is sold on the day.
Until when is it free?
It is complimentary for anyone who books before we open on 8 December 2026. After that the AI Skin Analysis returns to its normal £50.
Which clinic will I be seen at?
Bedhampton, near Havant, until the Winchester clinic opens on 8 December. From then on the analyser is at 9A Jewry Street in Winchester. Tell us which you would prefer when we get in touch.
How long does it take?
About half an hour. The imaging takes a few moments. The rest of the appointment is spent going through what it found and what, if anything, is worth doing about it.
Who will I see?
A registered nurse prescriber. This is a nurse-prescriber-led medical skin clinic, so your assessment, plan and aftercare are carried out by a clinician and never delegated.
Will you push me into treatment?
No. Treatment does not happen at a first appointment. You take your plan away, think about it, and come back if and when you are ready.
