Where the analyser is right now
The skin analyser lives at our established Bedhampton clinic, near Havant, until the Winchester clinic opens on 2 November. After that it moves with us to 9A Jewry Street, Winchester.
So if you would like to be seen before November, your appointment will be in Bedhampton. If you would rather wait for Winchester, say so when we contact you and we will hold your free analysis for the new clinic.
We would rather tell you this now than have you arrive at the wrong door. Nothing about the analysis itself changes, it is the same equipment and the same nurse prescriber.
What it shows
Five things the mirror cannot tell you
- Ageing. Where lines and laxity are forming, and how your skin compares with what would be expected for your age
- Pigmentation. Sun damage sitting below the surface, often years before it shows
- Sensitivity. Redness and vascular patterns that drive reactive, uncomfortable skin
- Texture. Pores, congestion and surface quality across the whole face
- Hydration. Whether dullness is genuine dryness or something else entirely
The analysis is a consultation aid, not a medical diagnosis. If something is better seen by a doctor, we will say so and point you to the right care.
How it works
About half an hour, start to finish
- The imaging. You rest your chin on the analyser for a few moments, much like an optician's test. It is quick, comfortable and completely non-invasive.
- Reading it together. Your images come up on screen and a registered nurse prescriber talks you through what each layer is showing, in plain English, including the things that need nothing done to them.
- Your plan. You leave with a written plan and a measured baseline, so any progress later is measured rather than guessed. There is no obligation to treat, and nothing is sold on the day.

Yes. The AI Skin Analysis normally costs £50 and it is complimentary for November bookings. There is no obligation to book a treatment afterwards and nothing is sold on the day.
How many free places are left?
There are 13 of the 40 November places remaining at the time of writing. There is one nurse and one diary, so it is a real limit. When they are gone the analysis returns to £50 and we will say so plainly rather than quietly keep advertising it.
Which clinic will I be seen at?
Bedhampton, near Havant, until the Winchester clinic opens on 2 November. From then on the analyser is at 9A Jewry Street in Winchester. Tell us which you would prefer when we get in touch.
How long does it take?
About half an hour. The imaging itself takes a few moments, and the rest of the appointment is spent going through what it found and what, if anything, is worth doing about it.
Who will I see?
A registered nurse prescriber. This is a nurse-prescriber-led medical skin clinic, so assessment, plan and aftercare are all done by a clinician rather than delegated.
Will you push me into treatment?
No. Treatment does not happen at a first appointment. You take your plan away, think about it, and come back if and when you are ready.
Do you hold founding prices?
Yes. Founding prices are held for early bookers at the new Winchester clinic, and every one of them is shown as an actual pound figure on the treatment page it belongs to.
