What's included
A full skin and medical assessment, honest discussion of options and realistic outcomes, and a written personal plan, whether or not that plan includes treatment.
What happens next
You take your plan home. If you decide to proceed, treatment is scheduled at your pace. For prescription-only medicines, treatment always follows a prescriber consultation.
A note on safety
We only treat adults over 18, we assess suitability before every treatment, and we will tell you honestly if a treatment isn't right for you.

What happens at a consultation?
We take time to understand your skin, your history and what you would like to achieve. Your practitioner will examine your skin, discuss suitable options, which may include no treatment at all, and explain benefits, limitations, risks and costs. There is no obligation to proceed.
Is there a consultation fee?
Our skin consultations are complimentary, in clinic or by video, and there is never any obligation to proceed to treatment. The AI Skin Analysis consultation is normally £50, and £0 throughout November 2026.
Can I have treatment on the same day as my consultation?
For some treatments this may be possible where clinically appropriate. For prescription-only medicines, a prescribing consultation is always required first, and a cooling-off period may be recommended. Your practitioner will advise what is right for you.
What if I'm not suitable for a treatment?
We will tell you honestly. Responsible advice sometimes means recommending a different approach, a skincare-first plan, or no treatment. Your long-term skin health always comes before any single procedure.
