The clinic is at 9A Jewry Street, SO23 8RZ, in the historic centre, not on a business park at the edge of the city. Jewry Street runs north from the top of Winchester High Street, and the Theatre Royal and the Discovery Centre are on the same street. From the High Street it is a couple of minutes' walk. From Winchester railway station it is roughly ten minutes on foot, downhill most of the way.

The clinic is appointment-only and has no forecourt. If you are driving, Tower Street car park is a short walk from the door, and several more council car parks are within a few minutes.
