Content on this website is general information about our clinic and treatments. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation. We aim for accuracy, but content, prices and availability may change without notice.
Appointments & cancellations
Appointments are booked through our online booking system, by phone or by message. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so the appointment can be offered to someone else; any notice periods, deposit or no-show terms that apply to your appointment are set out at the time of booking. Please arrive on time, a late arrival may mean your appointment has to be shortened or rebooked.
Treatment terms
All treatment is subject to a consultation and an assessment of suitability. We treat adults aged 18 and over only; photo ID may be requested. Prescription-only medicines are provided only following a face-to-face consultation with our prescriber. You may withdraw consent at any time before treatment. We reserve the right to decline treatment where it is not clinically appropriate.
Prices & payment
Prices shown on this website are "from" guide prices for our Bedhampton clinic and are confirmed at consultation before you decide to proceed. Payment is taken at your appointment; accepted payment methods are confirmed at booking. We do not offer time-pressured discounts on medical treatments.
Intellectual property
All content, branding and imagery on this site belongs to Abi Peters Aesthetics Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, please contact us first at accounts@abipetersaesthetics.co.uk so we can put it right. Complaints are handled promptly, fairly and confidentially.
Liability & governing law
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
