Sixteen years in healthcare first
Abi is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and independent prescriber, and the clinician behind every treatment at this clinic. Her sixteen years in healthcare began in midwifery, progressed through hospital nursing, and led into advanced clinical practice, a career spent assessing, listening and making careful clinical decisions long before aesthetics entered the picture.
She founded Abi Peters Aesthetics because she believes aesthetic treatment should be led by medical professionals who genuinely understand facial anatomy, patient safety and long-term outcomes. What drew her in was seeing what the right treatment, done well, can do for someone, that moment of looking in the mirror and feeling quietly confident again. That is what this clinic exists to deliver.
How Abi works
Every consultation is patient-led and clinician-advised. Abi starts by listening, properly listening, to understand what you actually want, not what she thinks you should have. She will never recommend a treatment she doesn't genuinely believe will achieve the right outcome for you.
That means no overfilling, no cut-price products, and no chasing trends without clinical evidence behind them. Only UK-approved products from authorised suppliers are used, and if the honest answer is skincare, patience, or nothing at all, that is the advice you'll get.
The natural results philosophy
Good aesthetic work is quiet. Abi's approach favours conservative dosing, staged treatment and restraint as a design principle: the aim is that you look rested and well, never "done". You are not a canvas. You are a patient, and you will always be treated like one.

Aesthetics remains a lightly regulated field in the UK, which makes the clinician's background matter all the more. Abi's NHS career, combined with aesthetics training from Allergan, Derma Institute and DermaFocus, means every treatment here is grounded in clinical knowledge, evidenced technique and a genuine commitment to your safety.
Abi is a member of the ACE Group, the Aesthetic Complications Expert Group, reflecting a standing commitment to complication prevention and management. It is the kind of preparation you hope never to need, and exactly the kind you want your practitioner to have.

Full medical assessment before any treatment. Prescription-only medicines prescribed only after face-to-face consultation. Complication protocols and appropriate emergency medicines in clinic. Aftercare and direct contact after every appointment. This is the unglamorous machinery of a safe clinic, and it is non-negotiable.
Bedhampton today, Winchester next
Abi sees clients now at the established Bedhampton clinic, near Havant, a calm, private space serving Havant, Portsmouth, Waterlooville and Denmead. In Autumn 2026 the same consultation-led, nurse-delivered care comes to a purpose-designed clinic in the heart of Winchester: honest advice, measured treatment, and long-term skin health always ahead of the quick fix.
