What it is
Exosomes are used here as a topical regenerative preparation, applied to the skin during and straight after microneedling. They are never injected. The aim is to support the skin's repair and improve skin quality gradually, not to make an immediate change.

Is it right for me?
Adults who want to work on long-term skin health, are happy with gradual change and are comfortable with a course of treatment.
Not suitable under 18, in pregnancy or breastfeeding, with active acne, infection, eczema or inflammation in the area, a history of keloid scarring, or a condition or medication that makes needling unsuitable.
On the day
It starts with a consultation and skin analysis. Numbing cream goes on first. Microneedling follows at a depth set for your skin, with the preparation applied throughout. Afterwards you will look pink and feel warm, like mild sunburn, for a day or two.
Aftercare and risks
Use only the products advised for 48 hours, no make-up for 24 hours, and daily SPF without exception. Avoid exercise, saunas, steam and swimming for 48 hours.
Common: redness, warmth, tightness and light flaking for a few days. Less common: prolonged redness, swelling, breakouts, infection, and pigment change, particularly in richer skin tones. Cold sores can be triggered in those prone to them. Results vary between individuals.
